The 5th edition of CLASH (Congresso Latino-Americano De Sorveters-Helados) takes place on July 7th and 8th, 2021, 100% digital (via streaming) and reinforces the commitment of ABIS (Brazilian Association of Industries and the Ice Cream sector) in bringing together the main leaders and representatives of the entire production chain of the ice cream sector to discuss various issues such as the post-covid19 resumption, the new consumer, trends, the future of food, innovation, nutrition, entrepreneurship, regulation and much more. More than 600 (six hundred) attendees are expected, in addition to speakers who will debate, for more than 14 hours, ways to overcome the challenges and take advantage of opportunities in the Brazilian and Latin American markets.
