New Short-term Rental Category Captures Growth of Sharing Economy

Euromonitor International is pleased to announce the addition of a brand new category to its lodging coverage: short-term rentals. This category captures the strong growth of players like Airbnb, and will help clients better understand these new players and their impact on the broader lodging sector. Market sizes will be provided for 135 countries, and company and brand shares for 58 countries. Short-term rentals data will become available on Passport from the 27th of June.
