Why the Allure of the BRICs Has Not Dimmed


The long-term potential of emerging markets, despite recent weaker economic news, remains solid. Recent figures have indicated a slowdown in the BRICs in particular, but with these four markets, home to almost half of emerging market population and 52.8% of total emerging market GDP (PPP terms in 2012), are not to be forgotten or relegated to the second division. An emerging market strategy cannot afford to ignore the BRICs.
