Probiotics no longer Differentiating in Dairy Products


Across Europe, there is a noticeable demand for dairy products that are health and wellness positioned, and consumers are looking at the ingredients of the products they buy. For dairy, probiotics are no longer as differentiating as they once were, and to address this, manufacturers are innovating in ingredients. Chia seeds, proteins, vitamin b-12 and fibre are a few examples of ingredients being used in dairy products across Europe.
