Dangerous toys include toys with choking hazards and chemicals that may be dangerous for the physical or mental development of a child. The European Commission has been tracking these toys since 2006, and in 2017 605 dangerous toys were reported on in European Market. Norway is reported to have the lowest number of dangerous toys in the Nordic market, and Euromonitor looks into the reasons behind this statistic.
