Cloud Computing Can Help the Global Economy
Cloud computing is a way to store data and information on a server that is located elsewhere and not on a hard drive. This is a cost effective way for small businesses who need data storage but can’t afford to house their data on their own servers. Pavel Marceux, Technology, Communications and Media Analyst at Euromonitor explains that although cloud computing is cost effective, there are risks because data that can be accessed from anywhere is never truly protected. However, cloud computing remains a cost-effective solution and will add to the success of startups and small businesses which in turn will help the global economy.
