When looking at health & wellness food, we often think of food that we have traditionally considered to explicitly fall into this category, for example foods that are fortified with vitamins, reduced sugar, salt or fat products, organic products, free from gluten or free from dairy foods, and naturally healthy products such as olive oil or honey. But, what we see consumers perceiving as healthy is sometimes a much broader field.
