Even though the population of the Asia Pacific region is generally young, today “aging”is still on the minds of many consumers there. More people are looking into the future and making purchase decisions based on this concept. In fact, Asians are more willing to take vitamins and dietary supplements when compared to global consumers. According to Euromonitor International’s Lifestyles Survey results, over half of consumers with internet access in the APAC region responded that they took vitamin and dietary supplements at least weekly; while only one-third of global consumers responded that they took vitamin and dietary supplements at least weekly.
