Health and Wellness Week 2013

Healthy employees tend to be happier and more productive.  To boost the health and wellbeing of our employees in the workplace we recently held our first global Health and Wellness Week.  Throughout the week health champions in each of our offices coordinated activities encouraging staff members to eat well, be active and change unhealthy habits including:

  • Health screenings
  • Yoga workshops
  • Free massages
  • Guided meditation
  • Free flu shots and gym trials
  • Health and fitness talks
  • Wii-sports and Wii-fit tournaments
  • Lunchtime walks; and
  • Healthy recipe exchanges

The week was a great success and a number of the initiatives will continue throughout the coming year.
