Session Description: Many retailers embarked on their omnichannel journey many years ago, yet few companies have nailed what it means to seamlessly blend physical and digital channels within the organization. While e-commerce and retail store teams may now interact more regularly, it’s rare to find businesses that are truly integrated–few have fully merged operational and customer data streams across business units to create a true single view of the customer, for example.
