Pardavimų formulė (Sales formula) is the largest sales and sales marketing conference in Lithuania which provides insights, trends and tips for sales and sales marketing professionals, sales executives and managers. Session title: Most Significant Consumer Trends – How to Attract and Upkeep the Client in the New Norm
Session description: The presentation is looking at the change of consumer behavior and the main shifts in routines and occasions. How companies might find new paths to the consumer at home, fitness, mobility, furniture, gardening, schooling, foods and beverages. All operators will need to reconsider themselves as health companies in some way – health & hygiene will be the main drivers of premiumization. And in all of this to remember that people have had their basic existences reduced to the bare minimum, they want less conspicuous consumption, more value on human life and human rights, so sustainability now takes in humans. What is the new norm and how long it is going to stay.
