This new concept specializes in appealing to new shoppers. Urmaker Bjerke, a Norwegian luxury retailer, has made great efforts to cater to the global Chinese consumer. Its Oslo shop is staffed with Chinese speaking attendants and signage which helps make them more appealing to fastest rising class of tourist shoppers.
