There are certain markets in Western Europe more primed for digital platforms and mobile wallets than others. Based on development alone, the area is considered to be prime for digital payments, but there are subtleties across different countries that have positive and negative impacts on adoption. These differences speak to the importance of understanding individual markets as a one-size-fits-all strategy will not work in digital commerce.
