Across the globe, Apple Inc. enthusiasts are highly anticipating Apple’s event, Let’s talk iPhone, on October 4, 2011. The name itself provokes curiosity amongst consumers who have been anxiously awaiting the new iPhone model(s).
Looking forward to this event, we’ve revisited our August article, where Euromonitor International provided insight into the current maturity phase of the iPhone and highlighted developments that could prove attractive for both developed as well as undeveloped markets. In that article, we suggested that a low-cost model would be the most favorable option for late-adapters of the iPhone, while revenue in developed markets would be driven by leveraging Apple’s iCloud initiatives.
Although the details of Lets Talk iPhone are minimal, Euromonitor International predicts the event will not only unveal the newest trends in consumer electronics, but also solidify our predictions from August.
