As I write this, the situation with COVID-19 is uncertain and changing quickly. Here at Euromonitor International, my number one priority is ensuring the health and safety of our staff and their families, as well as our customers and suppliers.
As a global business with 15 offices, we’ve been managing this situation since January and responding to the developments in real-time. We’ve learnt a lot from how our offices in Asia have coped with this situation and are applying these learnings to our businesses in EMEA and the Americas as the situation evolves.
With many of our staff now working from home, we have the business continuity plans in place to ensure we can continue to deliver our products, client support and run our overall business operations remotely and with minimal disruption to you as our client.
We know from more than four decades of experience that it’s important to provide reliable and timely information during times of uncertainty. I want to assure you that we are deploying our full research capability across all teams to help you understand the impact of COVID-19 on the products, services and topics we track, to support you through these challenging times.
You can find our latest analysis on the ‘Featured Content’ or ‘Briefings’ areas on Passport, or on our blog, and we will be adding further insights as the situation evolves.
As always, if there is anything else we can do to support you, please reach out to your account management team.
