The way we eat today differs from the notion of three balanced meals a day of just a generation ago. There are no strict rules when, how and what one should eat or drink – however, there is a growing demand for naturally healthy, free from preservatives, reduced sugar and no sugar beverages. The snacks landscape has changed as well and will continue to evolve as consumers become more demanding about the nutritional value of their snacks.
