Nestlé’s New Coffee Product in China

Nestlé’s plan to introduce a new coffee product made entirely of beans from the Pu'er region of China speaks to an often ignored layer of coffee differentiation - bean origin. Nestle has been investing in the region since the 80s, and their support of local has paid off with a unique coffee flavor. More importantly, by creating a coffee brand with local roots, Nestle will continue dominating the coffee market in China.
