In her presentation, Cowland will describe how “naturally healthy” remains a universal trend and is set to see growth of US$ 120 billion over 2012-2017,  boosted by innovation in superfruit juice, green tea and high fibre products. Whilst Scandinavia will perform well with a CAGR of 3% forecast for 2012-2017 the region is facing competition from organic products.
