Consumer Foodservice in France Enjoying Growth

The consumer foodservice industry in France is enjoying healthy growth mainly due to the rise in casual dining outlets which offer moderate prices in a less formal atmosphere. Johanna Kolerski-Bezerra, country analyst at Euromonitor, explains that the concept of casual dining resonates with French consumers who flock to restaurants such as La Pataterie and Léon de Bruxelles, two casual dining chains that exemplify the healthy growth of French foodservice operators.
