Achats sur Internet et les Inconvénients Assortis (Avril 2012)

CA3_internetshopping_blog91% des consommateurs français ont fait des achats sur internet en 2011, mais plus de la moitié a rencontré des problèmes de livraison. D’après l’institut de sondage IFOP, 27% des acheteurs ont réclamé un remboursement et, au moins une fois en 2011 à cause des aléas de la livraison. L’étude indique que 13% des acheteurs n’ont pas reçu leur colis au moins une fois en 2011, alors 15% ont reçus des biens endommagés  et 18% ont reçu la mauvaise commande. De plus, 7% des interrogés ont déclaré avoir reçu des produits jamais commandés.

En dépit de ces résultats, l’étude montre aussi que la préférence française pour les achats en magasins est progressivement en train de  basculer à la faveur des achats en ligne.
