Event Description: Gastro is the leading trade fair for the hotel, restaurant and catering sector in the northern Baltic Sea region. Approximately 18,000 professionals visited Gastro in 2010. The program includes such product groups as foodstuffs, soft drinks, ciders, beers, industrial cooking equipment, shop equipment and fitting, interior fittings, furniture and tablesettings, working clothes and accessories, packages and many other related products and services.
