Hear Euromonitor Speak at SupplySide West 2011

SSW 15Ann rgb_300 dpi Euromonitor is pleased to speak at SupplySide west 2011, the world's largest event for healthy and innovative ingredients, and a must-attend show for manufacturers, marketers and formulators of foods, beverages, supplements and cosmeceuticals.

Ewa Hudson, Head of Health and Wellness Research at Euromonitor will give two presentations at SupplySide West this year. The first will be part of the show's education track for food and beverages. Ewa will examine sales of health-positioned food and drinks, providing a global overview as well as insight into smaller health trends such as bone or vision health.

She will also discuss probiotic and prebiotic trends as part of a workshop developed by the International Probiotics Association.
